I do agree that the Government plays a role in protecting the health of the citizens. However I think this is an example of a situation where the Government may be overstepping. It appears a company has created a powder form of no-doz that gets absorbed in the mouth and sinus. Yeah, it might not be all that healthy! But neither is multiple cups of coffee! As soon as someone comes up with something new, it appears that the anti-recreational drug groups start to fight it.
